Skirt Steak Bar is made from the diaphragm area of beef cattle, more commonly known as Skirt or Hanger steak, and is often referred to as the “butcher’s cut” given they often kept this cut for themselves. A two in one treat, the Skirt Steak Bar is covered in nutritious esophagus flattened jerky, just like our most popular treat, the esophagus wrapped collagen stick more commonly called, the “Bacon Stick”.
